「元旦特別号です」の今回は、希望の新年に期待して祝い事に相応しい 「紅富士、赤富士」 をご紹介します。
紅富士 とは、冬の夜明けに雪を抱いた富士山が朝日を浴びて紅色に染まっていく光景をさします。比較的頻繁に見る事が出来ます。一方、 赤富士 は、このブログの立ち上げ時にもご紹介しましたように、主に晩夏から初秋にかけて、早朝に富士山が雲とか霧とかに絡んで朝日で赤く染まる数分間の現象です。頻度の少ないことからか、縁起の良い事とで知られています。
これらの現象が見れるのは、朝日と言うことで富士山の東側から北東にかけてになります、場所的には、富士山の近くでは山中湖から忍野村にあたります。
